Rates

The Black House is a holiday home and is rented out as one unit on a self catering basis.

Rental rate: R 4750-00 / night.
Maximum capacity: 7 guests.
Minimum stay: 2 nights.
Pets allowed (with prior arrangement)

Peak Season start on 13 December 2024 until 11 January 2025
Rental rate: R 5250-00 / night.
A minimum of 5 nights is required.

Promotions:

Stay 3 nights = Pay 2 nights and the third night is at 50%.
Stay 4 nights = Pay 3 nights only (1 night complimentary)

Promotions are NOT applicable over peak season.

House Service
Housekeeping service consists of a daily visit by our housekeeper,
who will tidy the whole house.
There’s a service fee R400 per day (full house).
This service is ONLY available by prior arrangement
(Please make arrangements with management).

For families traveling with kids, we can make special arrangements
(Extra cot or bed - by prior arrangement )

Pet Friendly - ONLY by prior arrangement - Maximum of 2 dogs.

  • Our first ever stay in the beautiful dorp of Robertson was perfect.

    Els was the perfect host and welcomed us with her home stocked up on fresh fruit and a delicious Lemon Meringue Pie. This Victorian home dating to the late 1800's /early 1900's has been meticulously restored. The interior design is an eclectic but harmonious mix of antiques, art deco, Africana and contemporary. Highly recommended and looking foward to going back in Summer.

It's one of the most stylish, gorgeous houses I have holidayed in with only the best amenities, luxury linen and towels and special touches everywhere. The mega double shower has to be experienced!
